Day One - Wander back out to the Main Index, under Elements / Direction, and read up on Water.
Day Two - Forget what you learned on Day One. Spend sometime today writing down what you think is Water. Meditate upon what the word brings to mind, what senses come into play.
Day Three - Spend the day looking around you. Water is the healing element as well as the element of liquids, so it is much more than the water, rain and fog. What physical things call to mind the element of water most intensely for you?
Day Four - Back to meditation. If you can, spend some time in a bath or long shower meditating to learn the element of water that is within you.
Day Five - No exercise today. Today is a day of rest while the mind assimilates what you've discovered so far.
Day Six - Write down what you've discovered about the element of Water as it applies to you.
Day Seven - Welcome Water into your being. By now, you will have discovered the physical things that call to mind the element of Water most intensely for you. Hold one of these items, touch it, look at it, feel it within your being. Visualize yourself becoming one with the object, mentally taking on aspects of the object. Are you a delicate sea shell or a cactus? Is the scent of one of sea salt or rain on a summer's day? Know Water within your being.
