Day One - Wander back out to the Main Index, under Elements / Direction, and read up on Air.
Day Two - Forget what you learned on Day One. Spend sometime today writing down what you think is Air. Meditate upon what the word brings to mind, what senses come into play.
Day Three - Spend the day looking around you. Air is the mental element as well as the element of gaseous substances, so it is much more than the air we breathe, clouds, and birds. What physical things call to mind the element of Air most intensely for you?
Day Four - Back to meditation. If you can, spend some time outside in different weather conditions at different times of the day meditating to learn the element of Air that is within you.
Day Five - No exercise today. Today is a day of rest while the mind assimilates what you've discovered so far.
Day Six - Write down what you've discovered about the element of Air as it applies to you.
Day Seven - Welcome Air into your being. By now, you will have discovered the physical things that call to mind the element of Air most intensely for you. Hold one of these items, touch it, look at it, feel it within your being. Visualize yourself becoming one with the object, mentally taking on aspects of the object. Are you a delicate feather or a woodwind instrument? Is the scent of one of insence or wood smoke from a campfire? Know Air within your being.
