Day One - Wander back out to the Main Index, under Elements / Direction, and read up on Fire.
Day Two - Forget what you learned on Day One. Spend sometime today writing down what you think is Fire. Meditate upon what the word brings to mind, what senses come into play.
Day Three - Spend the day looking around you. Fire is the emotional element as well as the element of heat, so it is much more than fire, candles burning brightly and light. What physical things call to mind the element of Fire most intensely for you?
Day Four - Back to meditation. If you can, spend some time in a darkened room with a candle lit in front of you meditating to learn the element of Fire that is within you.
Day Five - No exercise today. Today is a day of rest while the mind assimilates what you've discovered so far.
Day Six - Write down what you've discovered about the element of Fire as it applies to you.
Day Seven - Welcome Fire into your being. By now, you will have discovered the physical things that call to mind the element of Fire most intensely for you. Hold one of these items, touch it, look at it, feel it within your being. Visualize yourself becoming one with the object, mentally taking on aspects of the object. Each of us will experience Fire in a different manner which is why I'm not giving examples here. But you'll know the object(s). Know Fire within your being.
