RETURN POLICY
In the event your order is damaged upon receipt, it will be replaced with an identical product. All return shipping cost will be paid by WineBarrels4You.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a refund minus all shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee.  Refund will only be issued once the product is received in original condition. WineBarrels4You must be contact prior to returning your product, otherwise you will not receive credit.  A return authorization must be obtained before shipping the product.  If the RA does not accompany the product, the customer will not receive credit for the return.

INFORMATION USE POLICY
