Anyone wishing to obtain an autograph will now send their request directly to Ireland:

Please following the rules.  If the volume of requests become too great and proves
to be an overwhelming task for Ms. O'Hara, we will have discontinue processing these requests.

Note: The privilege of  receiving an autograph from Ms. O'Hara is reserved for true fans, not collectors or people who want to sell the photo on Ebay for personal profit.

This is 60 pieces of mail from just U.S. fans, returned to me from Ireland
for routing to the requestors.  What you see is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.  This
occurs over 4-times a month and does not include the massive amounts of requests that come from the rest of the world.
Hopefully seeing this photo will help you to better understand the volume of incoming mail
and why we seek your patience and cooperation to make this easier for Ms. O'Hara

ALL AUTOGRAPH REQUESTS SHOULD BE MAILED DIRECTLY TO THE IRELAND
ADDRESS ABOVE.  (This means from the United States or outside the United States.)

No Fed-Ex or mail that needs a confirmation of delivery (which requires a signature)
 - or postage due.  These items will not be acknowledged and returned by the Post Office.
For clarification, Ms. Murphy is Maureen's assistant in Ireland, where Ms. O'Hara resides in her retirement.  She handles her mail in Ireland.  And Yes...the signature you receive will be that of Ms. O'Hara - not a secretary or stamped autograph.

 I am June Parker Beck, and am the editor and  webmaster of this website and reside in the United States.  I am also Ms. O'Hara's archivist.    All fans (globally) can now send ONE photo directly to Ireland for signature.  If you send more than one...only one will be signed.

 FANS FROM THE UNITED STATES:  Please put U.S. postage (in the proper amount) on your self-addressed stamped envelope.  Your return envelope will need postage equivalent to that needed from Tempe, AZ 85282 to your address.  I  coordinate all mail  received from you which you have mailed to the above address in Ireland.   After they receive your request all US mail will be separated/accumulated and returned to me for mailing.  Why?  Because it will have US postage for return. 

FANS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.:  Fans from outside the US may include International Postal Coupons for return postage on your self-addressed stamped envelope which you must provide.  Ms. Murphy will also accept US currency equivalent to the postage needed,  but most purchase International Postal Coupons which are obtainable from your local Post Office.    If you live in Ireland obviously you affix Irish stamps for return to you. 

IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE YOUR OWN PHOTO:  The "Maureen O'Hara Legacy Center" will provide an 8 x 10 photo but there will be a charge of $10 which will be donated to the Legacy Center.  You can pay by cash, Euros or money order (the latter made payable to the Maureen O'Hara Legacy Center/" - no personal checks.   You must still provide an envelope to accommodate the 8 x 10 photo.  The same rules for postage as stated above.  U.S. postage for those in the United States and sufficient International Coupons or American/Euro currency for those outside the U.S.

You MUST indicate the name of the person to whom the autograph is to be directed (make name legible).  If no name(s) are given, then no photo will be signed.  One photograph can be directed to more than one person.
  You send photos at your own risk.  We are not responsible for photos lost in the mail or mislaid - nor are we responsible for damage to any photos not properly protected in photo mailers with a stiff backing. 

  Ms. O'Hara is happy to accommodate signing, but we ask that the fans do their part and considerate of her advancing age. She does not receive just a "few" of these requests - but literally hundreds  Thank-you,
NOTE:  It is very easy to find photos of Ms. O'Hara out on the Internet.  There are hundreds of sites that sell celeb photos.

I am so happy that at least for the time being, we can still provide this autograph service.  However, try to imagine that your request numbers among literally hundreds of others.  Because of Ms. O'Hara's increasing popularity on a global basis, the fan mail is now more like it was back in the Studio Days at the movie studios.  It becomes less personal and more of a mass production.  We really appreciate your understanding and patience.  Thanks so much.
