Summer is coming, believe it or not! We are busy trying to schedule our vacations and figure out how to get all our work done at the same time. Jill just got back from a 10 day biking trip around southern Idaho. Sharon is going fishing and Kathyrn is going to a family reunion. Vicki is set for 2 summer camps with the ACS "Camp Rainbow Gold" near Ketchum. this month’s meeting is about a wonderful community program that the Elk’s Hospital has developed. The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine treats patients with many problems. Diabetics often develop sores on feet and legs that require medical treatment. Also, the Center treats surgical and non-healing wounds and problems with swelling or edema. So the program will be interesting if not directly related to ostomy surgery. Hope to see you all at the meeting. -your ET Nurses–Vicki, Kathryn, Sharon, Jill, Stewart and Kim.
