NOTES from TEXT

   All children were born in Siegen. Nos. 1 and 2 were baptized in the Lutheran Church; Nos. 3-5 in the Reformed Church.
   Alexander (P. 81), Child No. 1, became a Butcher and married twice; first to (Merge ?) GLÜNDIG and second to Christine ALTGELT. Six children resulted from the first marriage and five from the second.
   Child No. 3, Hartman (P. 96) became a Weaver and married Sophia (DÖRR ?). They had two children, one boy and one girl.
   No. 4, the unnamed daughter married Andreas SCHMIDT. She may have been married a second time to Anthonius WEDERAUER.
   Johannchen (P. 102), the fourth child, also became a Butcher and married twice. The name of the first wife is not known. His second wife was Elisabeth SETZ; that marriage produced 9 children--six sons and 3 daughters.
