Lancaster Co. PA Will Book "F", p. 327; 27 June 1788, Proved 29 Dec 1791:
To beloved wife Maria Elizabeth, one-third of personal estate, including two Bonds, each of 25 pounds; one due by son, George WEAVER, Jr. and the the other by son-in-law, John Apple; both bonds second in number; all others are excepted; also, during her lifetime, right to live in his Stone House, garden, etc.
To daughter Christina and to daughter Margaretha, 250 pounds, to be paid by son and son-in-law from bonds due; to daughter Maria Elizabeth and her husband, all of the tract of land where he (George, Sr.) lives at the present.
This will clearly demonstrates that his wife was Maria Elizabeth (surname uknown) and four children--George, Jr., Christina, Margaretha and Maria Eli zabeth. From other records, Christina married Peter Beinhauer and from the will and the Church Records of Rev. John WALDSCHMIDT [YIN146 GENbap/marPA], Maria Elisabeth married John APPEL. That leaves Jacob OBERLE as the spouse of Margaretha
REMARKS:
Possibly this George WEBER is Hans, b. 1728 in Switzerland-- ". . . CHRISTLE WEBER (b ca 1707) and ANNA MISCHLER (b ca 1710) emigrated from Schwarzenburg, Bern, Switzerland at ages 28 and 25 on the Bilander Oliver entering the port of Philadelphia on 26 Aug 1735. With them were 7-yr-old son Hans (born April/bapt May 1728) . . . This family may have settled first in Berks then moved to Warwick/Cocalico, Lancaster Co.. . ."
