Open Records Request - December 27, 2005

We do not know the names of the documents.  This request is about the draft RFP #4717-06.  We would like the following information; electronically is preferable: 

  1. Copies of public comments and other public input regarding the RFP.

  2. Minutes, notes, e-mail, audio/video recordings, and correspondence leading to the production of the DRAFT RFP to include discussions on the decision to develop the draft without including members of the public who have expressed a deep interest in the subject, and the decision to publish the draft during the Christmas Holiday.

  3. When was the development of the draft RFP initiated?

  4. Which historical public input was considered when preparing this draft RFP?

  5. Names of all persons, other than elections division employees, who reviewed or contributed to the development of the draft RFP before it was published on the Internet.

  6. Names of any HART employees or contractors who were consulted or advised, formally or informally, regarding any aspect of the draft RFP.

  7. Names of State and County employees, other than members of the Elections Division, who were consulted or advised, formally or informally, regarding the draft RFP.

  8. Copy of the procedures and governance that will be used to evaluate public comments/input regarding the RFP.

  9. Responses to the public comments/input.
