Text Box:   You can make wine from almost anything. The must is sanitized with sulfites. Sanitizing your equipment is best left to something that will do a better  job. A rinse with sulfite after sanitizing is appropriate. Add the additives called for in the recipe, and then titrate to adjust the acid with acid blend(AN ACID TEST KIT IS VERY IMPORTANT) . Add table sugar or honey(MEAD), using a hydrometer, to an appropriate alcohol content. Some kits require only the addition of water, whether the taste is better or not you will have to be the judge.WE REFRIGERATE ALL OUR SYRUPS, FRUITS & MUSTS UNTIL SOLD! The natural fruit flavors for beer on page 8 can enhance the fruit flavors in your fruit wines should they need it. The amount is a function of your taste bud, go slow, you can always add more but it is hard to take some out! Wine books are on page 14. OUR SELECTION OF WINE MAKINGS ISN'T GREAT, BUT WE CAN BRING ANYTHING IN YOU WANT IF YOU CAN WAIT. THIS INSURES FRESHNESS, BUT MEANS WE MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING NOT LISTED.
