The use of soda pop containers for Home Brewing is ideal. They are 5 gallons in size. Washing and sterilizing for bottling is reduced. The down side is you will drink more beer because it is to easy. You can force carbonate instead of priming or you can prime with sugar. We have a hand out on force carbonation. Ask if you want it. You can add more carbonation if needed, or take some out if there is to much. The Carbonator is great for taking sediment free beer to go in plastic soda bottles. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF CHLORINE AS A STERILANT! CHLORINE CORRODES STAINLESS STEEL! WE RECOMMEND CIPTON AS A CLEANER AND IODINE AS OUR MOST EFFECTIVE SANITIZERS ! SEE PAGE 22 for sterilants. |
