Weapons and equipment of Shea'Kem Created by Kirk Smith [ Return to Main Page ] -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The city of Shea'Kem has no means to produce conventional weapons and equipment and have had to rely heavily on techno-wizardry. They have also managed to produce techno-wizard equipment that can be used by people who are not mystics or psychics with the invention of p.p.e. batteries and p.p.e.-clips, more commonly called Mage-clips or M-clips. M-clips can be used to operate a variety of weapons and other equipment and come in several types, m-clip is the most common, m-clip type "i" is used for ion weapons, type "p" for plasma weapons, type "tk" for telekinetic weapons, and type "f" for the TW-flamethrower. Payload: 80 per clip, or 10 bursts Cost: 60,000cr -------------------------------------------------------------------------- TK-M26 "annihilator" machinegun - this is a heavy weapon with good range and knockdown power, and is a favorite weapon with the clans because of the damage it inflicts, it is silent, and the Tk rounds are invisible and does not give away the users position. Mega-Damage: 1d4x10 per burst Rate of Fire: bursts only Effective Range: 4000ft. Payload: 20 bursts Cost: 120,000cr -------------------------------------------------------------------------- TK-TPG 18 (telekinetic propelled grenade launcher) - this weapon uses telekinetic force to propel a grenade type weapon filled with explosive p.p.e.(tm) and is unguided. Mega-Damage: 1d6x10 Rate of Fire: 1 per melee Effective Range: 1mi. Payload: 1, but comes with a backpack that holds 8 Cost: 20,000cr for the launcher and 2,000cr for each missile -------------------------------------------------------------------------- TW-flamethrower - this weapon is of limited use in open areas but in small confined area's it reigns supreme, because everything within the 100ft. path of the flame takes 4d6 dmg and cannot be dodged. Payload: 10 per clip, or 50 for a back pack Cost: 40,000cr -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Armor and Force fields - the armor are just the basic types of armor and most common, most can and have had techno-wizard added to them, which costs extra. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Slan'iito light armor (non-enviromental) - this armor is made from the m.d.(tm) of the Slan'iito insect domesticated by the simvan. Each suit is custom made and can be made in any style wanted. Wt.: 15lbs. Like the naruni force field they can by built into armor for and extra 30,000cr. and recharge 1 m.d.c.(tm) point per minute.
