With the coming of Rifts they have spread throughout the Megaverse and have expanded their membership to worthy D-Bees as well. With their prices and fame they are used for only the most important missions. However many will take on quests and missions to help those who can't afford it. Since the training of such people requires a lifetime of study all P.C.s start out at level three. Requirements: P.P. 15, P.E. 12 High P.S. and Spd. are also helpful Alignment: Any, but most (99%) are Good or Selfish, evil Shadow Warriors are hunted down and killed. Credits: 3D6x1000 and 2D4 x 1000 in black market items Cybernetics: They are allowed but Shadow Warriors prefer to use their own abilities, some might get things like multi-optic eye or amplified hearing to improve senses.
