I like the section on the new mutant traits table. It's great! I'd like you to have a few of my ideas. Use them as you please. Professional Skills: Law - 40% + 5% per level. Select one government. Gives the character the ability to interpret the laws of a given government. May also act as a lawyer. Business/Finance - 30% + 5% per level. Add a one time bonus of + 20% to the life savings roll (Rounding out the character). Roll once a month: Roll < Percentage = [(Percent. of skill - Roll)/100 + 1]* Current Life Savings Roll = Current Life Savings remains unchanged Roll > Percentage = [-(Roll - Percent.of skill)/100 + 1]* Current Life Savings This skill gives the player a chance to make (or lose) money on investments Bargain - 20% + 5% per level. Roll when buying, renting, selling, etc. Roll < Percentage. 10% value in character's favor. (pays 10% less, makes 10% more on contracts) Roll = Percentage. Same as above using 5% instead of 10% Roll > Percentage. No advantages/disadvantages Roll = 100%. 10% value in victim's favor! Leadership - 40% + 4% per level. Study of how to lead others (in combat or business). The following bonuses only apply when the character with this skill is the acting leader or strategist. Success = + 5% skill bonuses, + 2 initiative, + 5 save vs. Horror factor Failure = - 5% skill bonuses, - 1 initiative, - 5 save vs. Horror factor All above bonuses or penalties last for one round per level of skill.
