The Blue Pepper is a locally-owned internet coffee house, art gallery and framing studio, and up-and-coming entertainment venue, located in the historic heart of downtown Salem, Oregon.  We feature a full service espresso and deli bar, and specialize in showing original works by both local and international contemporary artists.  We also carry limited edition and vintage prints, hand made jewelry, blown glass, pottery, and mixed-media art, and have access to thousands of other works that will meet your personal needs.  The Blue Pepper also features live music, wine tasting events, two (2) high tech meeting rooms, and regular training classes in framing, art appreciation, computer usage, and internet commerce.
