A Ghost in the Garden

Sharp as a knife, dark as the wind, a ghost blew in.

She giggled like the wind chimes, danced like the stars

A ghost bluw into my garden.

Bright as a cape, sleek as a cat,

bearing proud as a queen

A ghost swimming,

Swam into my garden.

Softly she flew, like a fog

Like water, like breath of snow

Like a white owl, she glided swiftly, so swiftly.

Like a white owl,

She glided swiftly, so swiftly

Smiling eerily, grinning

A ghost swam into my garden.

Touch like ice

Like feathers smooth

Cold and clear

Like ocean deep.

A ghost swam into my garden.

Eyes dancing like diamonds,

glittering so bright,

in a face gaunt and white

so gaunt and white.

A ghost swam into my garden.
