Millcreek Canyon 50 K
This years race will be held Friday July 18 starting at 9:00 pm.
We will be going down  canyon this year starting at Upper Big Water
and finishing at Millcreek Inn / Church Fork.
Aid will be at about miles 10,18 and 25 miles. 
Food donations that go to the aid stations are much appreciated.
If fortune smiles on us, the course will be glow-sticked and flagged.
31miles single track trails 1/2 mile pavement.
