Water Law, Land Use, and
Real Estate - The
firm's real estate, water, land use and environmental clients range from real
estate developers, individual buyers and sellers, and homeowners
associations, to municipalities, special districts and other governmental and
private clients. The firm represents developers of residential and commercial
real estate projects such as subdivisions, condominiums and other planned
communities. Developer representation includes the acquisition of real estate
through planning and zoning, and eventual construction and sale.
Business Law and Nonprofit
Organizations - The
firm's business practice responds to clients on issues such as the formation
and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other
business entities. The firm's general practice also involves reviewing and
drafting all types of agreements and contracts, including leases, shareholder
agreements, employment agreements, stock purchase agreements, and other
