The firm represents developers of residential and commercial real estate projects such as subdivisions, condominiums and other planned communities. Developer representation includes the acquisition of real estate through planning and zoning, and eventual construction and sale.

Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations - The firm's business practice responds to clients on issues such as the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
