Rod McGowan

Mr. McGowan is the director and principal shareholder of Rodney R. McGowan, P.C., a professional corporation of the State of Colorado. Mr. McGowan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. He has been a member of the law firm now known as Cazier and McGowan since 1979.

Mr. McGowan’s practice focuses on municipal law, business organizations, real estate, and civil litigation. Rod has assisted a wide range of clients with their legal needs. He has extensive experience in the representation of municipal, school district and other governmental clients, including matters relating to the formation and operation of special districts and land use issues. His experience has also included the formation of many corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, employment issues, real estate acquisition and leasing, and many other types of business law matters. Rod also represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil court actions in both the state and federal courts.
