I'm far too amused at the thought of Kitty and Rogue being roommates. Since the writing is small and light not even accounting for my normal handwriting here is the dialogue.
Rogue: Goodbye Kitty.
Kitty: Oh my gawd! Rogue! I SWEAR this dress is too formal isn't-
Rogue: Goodbye Kitty.
Kitty: Not fancy enough?? Sould I wear the red dress... ROGUE-
Rogue: Go AWAY KITTY!
Kitty: -ROGUE! You're no help!
Rogue: HAVE A GOOD DATE KITTY.
