My sister's a big Todd fan, so this pic was done for her. That and he's just so cute and pathetic and I don't draw him enough! Basically a practice for inking as the original sketch was done quickly. Really wanna color, but I won't feel bad if I don't get around to it because I feel this works in black and white.
Quick wash added because... alright. I admit it. There was no reason. But I like the effect it gave.
