Located in Phase III of Paradise Lakes, our condo #515 has a tranquil location, yet, is only steps from the main pool, whirlpools, shops, and friendly people. 
From the second floor balcony, the condominium overlooks a reflecting pond with a water fountain in the center. 
 


The large 14 X 8 foot outdoor screened lanai is ideal for outdoor entertaining or reading a book.  Few condos at Paradise have this feature!Smoking is allowed on the lanai only. 


The spacious living area has floor to ceiling mirrors on two walls and a queen size bed.  The entertainment center has a 27" TV, Yahama Dolby Digital stereo, satellite DirecTV, DVD / CD player, stereo VCR, and a DVD / Video library.


The full service kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric stove, Krups coffee maker and grinder, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils.  There is a telephone for local calls.
