, LLC is a professional pet sitting and house sitting company serving Ahwatukee, the Foothills, South Tempe, West Chandler and South Chandler (Ocotillo, Sun Lakes, Chandler Heights.) Please see our Coverage Area page for the specific zipcodes/areas that we cover.

We're growing fast, and we are currently taking applications from pet enthusiasts interested in caring for a variety of pets in any of our service areas.

Flexible hours! Work full-time, or earn extra income on a part-time basis. You choose your hours! Every job will be presented to you as an opportunity on an as-needed basis when clients call for service. You may accept or decline any opportunity, without question.

Currently, our most important needs are for sitters willing to provide overnight or live-in services. This entails a minimum 12-hour overnight commitment, for one to ten nights at a stretch, typically. Though this is not a requirement, we will prioritize our immediate hiring for applicants who are able to provide overnight stays.

We pay 60% of all fees charged to the client, plus 100% of certain surcharges. Please see our Rates page for examples of our rates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, all applicants must pass a 10-year felony and misdemeanor background check.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule allowing them to visit client sites in the early morning, mid-day and evening hours, preferrably. Ideal applicants will be available and able to work during some or all holiday seasons, including July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

The ideal candidate will have a huge heart for pets, ready and willing to care for and give lots of TLC to our client's pets in the client's home. Previous professional pet care experience is highly desirable, but not required.

The candidate must possess the following personal qualities:

Locations and times. The ideal candidate will reside within a 20-minute drive to any point in one or more of our Coverage Areas, and be available most of the year on weekends, at least three days per week, and for at least two visits per day (morning and evening.) Willingness to accept mid-day and overnight visits will be a huge plus.

Independent contractor status. EPS pet sitters are independent contractors. As such, they are free to accept or decline any opportunity without question. Independent contractors are also responsible for reporting their income as 1099 Misc. Income (we provide the 1099 forms.) In addition, they must provide their own transportation, fuel, and cleaning supplies, which are legitimate business expenses (please consult your tax advisor.)

Equipment. Sitters must have their own home computer with reliable daily access to the Internet and email in order to use our scheduling system. Sitters must be able to check email at least once every day.
