Welcome to my breastfeeding and reflux webpage. I have four children, all of whom experienced reflux to some degree or another, and all of whom were/are exclusively breastfed. I have created this webpage to share those experiences and to offer support to other mothers who are breastfeeding babies with reflux.
The most important thing to remember about reflux is that it is not a lifelong condition. It is an extremely rare baby who will not outgrow even severe reflux and become a perfectly healthy child. Take comfort in the fact that you are doing the very best you can to help your baby, by providing your perfect breastmillk and loving presence. Together, you and your baby will make it through this difficult time.
