STATES: " The body, its director and the staff responsible for carrying out the verification tests shall not be the designer, manufacturer, supplier or installer of machinery which they inspect, nor the authorized representative of any of these parties. They shall not become either involved directly or as authorized representatives in the design, construction, marketing or maintenance of the machinery." and paragraph 5: "The impartiality of inspection staff shall be guaranteed."

This makes clear, that when you engage a certified body to test, buy a certification license for, or represent, your product, they can not and will not tell you other than whether your product has passed or failed!
