Steven B. Harris was appointed as Superintendent of the Metro-Phoenix District of the Full Gospel Universal Christian Fellowship in the Fourth Jurisdiction on September 15, 1998. He presently serves as the Co-Pastor of Hope Fellowship in Scottsdale, Arizona and also as Assistant to Bishop Barker. He is the sole founder and Director of Redemption Christian Ministries of Peoria, Arizona, a Non-Profit organization that supports other ministries in outreach programs, and helping them to organize and establish local Churches. Born in Ada, Oklahoma and educated in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona, Rev. Harris received his first degree in the science of Electronics. He has since received degrees and certification in religion, biblical studies and pastoral counseling. Active in local churches for the past several years, he has helped to start several fellowships in the area.
