“Numberless birds sing among its branches, and numberless angels rest beneath its shade.”

Any funding received would be applied to the following goals:

1.  I would like to create larger works with higher quality of gold pigments and ornamentation (gold leaf being ideal), but neither is currently plausible due to cost effectiveness.  Funding would be used for materials to achieve this goal.

2.  My other desire is to obtain the ability to travel to other zoos and ape houses in order to photograph and document other apes and interview zoo keepers in relation to the apes they care for.
