2002 Rates
- $110/day (4 day minimum)
- $94/day (7 days or more)
- $82.50/day (30 days or more)
- no out-cleaning fee
- plus tax of 11.25%
The rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
Deposit
A $200 deposit per week of your stay is needed to hold your
reservation. The deposit is separate from the rent and will
be refunded to you by mail approximately 4-6 weeks after you
leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal
wear and tear.
Cancellations
You need to send a written notice of cancellation 60 days or more
before your arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit
less a $50 processing fee. Otherwise, your entire deposit will be
forfeited. If less than 30 days written notice, the rent and
excise tax will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.
Christmas Holidays
There is a two-week minimum stay
between December 15th and January 5th. The rates are $110 per
day. Cancellation requires 90 days' written notice.
Keys and Directions
For your convenience, we try to
leave an envelope with keys and directions to our condo at the
counter where you pick up your rental car. To allow for cleaning,
check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Furnishings
Our condo is completely furnished and
includes linens and kitchen items in hopes that you will feel
right at home!
