All items come with a NO-DOA warranty unless otherwise noted. That means it works when you get it. There is no extended warranty plan. If the item doesn't work when it arrives, contact us right away. Warranty claims after 7 days are considered invalid.

Warranty applies to defect only. That means if you order the wrong part, change your mind, or your spouse gets angry, you can NOT return the item.

Should we allow a return, any disks, documentation, cables, or the like that accompanied the item must be returned with it. If an item is returned and it functions normally, all postage expenses and a 20% restock fee will be taken out of the refund total.

Modems are working when shipped. If you do not know how to configure your system to use a modem, please contact your ISP.

This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted service or usage of computer systems and parts.

We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of any computers or parts we sell.
