Customer Loyalty Program
In order to reward those who supported us early on, we have instituted the following Customer Loyalty Rebate Any customer who purchased an MD-001 adapter and paid more than $25 (excluding shipping) is entitled to a $10 rebate on the purchase of an MD-100 adapter with or without the software bundle.
When our new order page is ready (approximately March 19), you will be able to order the MD-100 and request one rebate for each MD-001 adapter you purchased previously that meets the terms of this offer, provided you use the same name, shipping address and email address as your earlier order. If you have changed your email address or your shipping address since your previous order, you may email us details of the change before you order your MD-100, and we will update our order database so that your rebate request will be accepted.
In order to make this Customer Loyalty Program possible without raising the cost of the adapter to pay for expensive database programming, we will be issuing a rebate check to you, which will arrive with your adapter.
The Customer Loyalty Rebate is available on orders placed until April 30, 2001. Orders placed after April 30, 2001 will not be eligible for the rebate.
