'Hero Robot' An eBay winner: (Photo Gallery Below)

One of those rare great eBay finds... This one came with all of the plastic body parts, some batteries, and the remote. I've stripped off all the body panels for this photo. It also comes with a simple arm w/pinching grippers on the end of it. The arm rotates around the sholder pivot on the "head". The pivot point can be seen in the upper right of this photo.

Following is a gallery of photos that details most of the PCBs on the Hero robot. I've not had it all the way apart, to get photos of two stacked far within... It is completely astounding how many PCBs and how many interconnects this unit contains. Compared with todays designed for manufacturing techniques, this Hero robot is an absolute marvel.
