Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Fabrication & Integration/Test

The Photo Gallery

Max's Little Robot Shop hosts a significant volume of work. When totaled the photos, CAD drawings, renderings, animations, schematics and videos number in the thousands. The approximately two hundred photos represented in this gallery attempt to highlight many of the projects covered in the larger body of work and offer up a feel for what one may stumble upon 'in process' on any given day in the studio.

The works depicted on this page are, with minor exception, 100% originals constructs of Max's Little Robot Shop. There is a photo of a group robot project from college, and a number of the massive quantities of parts have been fabricated by friends. (Thank you Jay and Rob.) The remaining work (nearly everything here) is original in concept, design, fabrication, programming, integration and test.

-Enjoy, Max

Photo by: Rik Lambey Photo by: Hong Ngo My friends Jay and Rob fabricated many of the parts here, two pieces were produced at QuickParts, Two pieces were produced at Synergy and only two parts were made by me. That's rare for work depicted on this page. My friend Jay fabricated several of the pieces in this assembly. photo by: Rik Lambey Photo by: Ron Grant Acrylic fabrication by Jay Barratt. I made most of the original parts and my good friend Jay stepped in and made the parts for coppies 2~4 on many of these. Photo by: Rik Lambey

The original boards were laid out by Bill Bailey from a Circuit Cellar article with filter input from me. Hong Ngo did this one for me. Thanks man! :) Photo by: Skip Feher Photo by: Rik Lambey

A few shots of the E-benches

Rarely ever was the development bench this clean. I have spent countless hours working in that chair. :)
