Guild Rules and Bylaws
NUMBER ONE RULE.. Have FUN ..

BEHAVIOR:
• There will be NO  "free-for-all" in-guild fighting, screaming, name-calling    or such.
• Disagreements between guild members will be settled calmly and    rationally between
THEM and THEM ONLY (and with a neutral    Officer 's help if needed).
• Disagreements between Guild members
WILL NOT be allowed to    disrupt the entire guild.
• DO NOT  vent your anger with a fellow guild member in Guildsay, take    to Send/Tell.
• Report any problems that can’t be resolved with a fellow guild member    to an Officer of the Guild. If you have a problem with an Officer, take    to the Guild Leader or a member of the Royal Council..

• Excessive foul language will NOT be acceptable in Guildsay. If you are    in Guildsay and someone asks you to tone it down. Do so. Immediately.
• Foul Language will NOT be tolerated in PUBLIC chats ... AT ALL
• You WILL respect other players... DON'T be an ASS!
• If THEYare a-holes, don’t play with them.... It's a big world folks, go    somewhere else. Get a screenshot/log of the offending behavior and    inform your Guild Leader , a member of the Royal  Council, or even a   Mythic CS rep (in case of extreme circumstances).

• This guild will be on a RP server... I expect every member to respect    that  and to know the rules of the server.
• Your guild is your family, and your guild family normally comes first.
If you are capable of being of aid for a fellow guild member AND it is a    reasonable and understandable request, it is
expected for everyone to      help each other out..
• HOWEVER . . ..  You are not expected to leave your  group in a lurch,    go broke, or die in order to come to someone's rescue either...
• Don't abuse your fellow guildmates.. They want to play too, and they    have their own agendas...
•
Begging is not tolerated. Begging is different than asking or needing    help. If the difference needs to be explained... this is the wrong guild for you.

OFFICERS:
•Officers will be chosen by merit and expected to be ACTIVE in the guild..    That does NOT mean they are expected to devote their life to the game.    But they ARE expected to play on a regular basis.
• Officers must actively read the boards...
•
Officers MUST post about any new member(s) they invite. The   following information is necessary: Char name, Class, Race.
• Officers will be expected to get info/feedback from members.
• Officers will be expected to know the members.. not all of them... but a    darn good majority of them and members are expected to know their    officers.
• If RL starts to interfere with Guild Officers performing their in-game    duties, they should TEMPORARILY give their authority (step down) to    their aide and the aide should appoint someone to help them. The Guild    Leader should be informed immediately (by Send in-game, e-mail, or    by posting on the message board)!
• Senior Officers will have the privilege to invite new members...
according to the needs of the guild.

RECRUITING::
• For now, The Guild will have a cap of 75 people... this is a nice amount    as it should cover different time zones, levels, etc.. This cap will rise as    need dictates and if the guild structure is sound.
• The Guild Leader must have an email address for each new member    submitted within one week of their invitation. Failure to submit an e-mail    address can lead to removal from the guild.
• Open Guild Invitations will be done after initial guild formation on basis    of guild needs. IN OTHER WORDS: If we are Hero heavy.DON’T go    out recruiting Heroes. If we don’t have any  Bards,.. go recruit some ! If    our day players don’t have enough people to play with.. get DAY    players.. etc, etc, etc.
• Senior Officers will have the privilege to invite new members... according    to the needs of the guild. Other than that, Guild Officers will pretty    much have a free hand as far as invitations are concerned.
