Welcome! I was born and
raised in the flatlands of eastern Colorado, and I plan to stay here. I
now live along the Front Range along with my 3 kids and 4 cats. I work
from home as a software designer, and this occupation supports my fabric
habit. My spare time is spent shuttling the kids around to their various
activities (music, hockey, baseball, friends' houses), playing the piano
for various choirs in our church, singing in Sweet Adelines, and, of course,
QUILTING!
The picture at the left is of me and a couple of my quilts at the 1998 Interfaith Quilters show in Longmont, Colorado. Click on the links below to see samples of my work, a few photos that I've taken around this beautiful state, some cute shots of the family and the Quilt Inspectors, and a few examples of the machines in my sewing machine collection. Enjoy!! |

I've also put up the sewing machine page; it's still under construction but at least the link goes somewhere! I have added a picture of my nautical row challenge quilt to the Works in Progress page. And, finally, I have a picture of Kelly's Mariner's Compass quilt (more about that quilt can be found on the My Quilts page).
August 12, 2000:
Click here to see the design and construction
of my "Diamonds in the Rough" quilt, plus
views of it being judged and displayed at the 2000 Colorado State Fair.
