Solving Crew Conflicts is a training video designed to teach interpersonal communication skills for sticky situations.

In this video, Captain Kring has gone on vacation, leaving his ship in the capable (?) hands of a temp from the Captains Temporary Service, Captain Kolpar. Commander Krapp, the first officer, is about to mutiny. She uses as an excuse, the Romulan situation, in which a Romulan ship is nearby, decloaked and ready to be fired at. High Command has ordered them not to fire first and the crew is unhappy.
