ARIZONA BILTMORE ESTATES
Estate homesites along the two 18 Hole Arizona Biltmore championship golf courses.  The first subdivided residential lots were surveyed in 1929  Few lots remain undeveloped. The BEST lots were developed with intended sweeping views lakefront over the golf courses out to the scenic desert  mountains of the Valley of the Sun.  These are the largest residential lots in the Biltmore.  Along side the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa built canal side in the roaring 1920's amidst historic  trails here in  what has always been known as the Best Dirt in the State.   Redevelopment of the 1970's brought the deed restrictions of  ABEVA or our Arizona Biltmore Estates Village Association  - neighborhood properties developed & Sold after 1977 are subject to further deed restrictions. All of the neighborhoods now collectively known as the Arizona Biltmore Estates have become Phoenix's premier resort destination and exclusive neighborhoods
