"Mustang Sally" was orignally done in 1965 by "Sir" Mack Rice, a member of the Falcons of
"You're So Fine" fame in 1959. Pickett later joined that group for a brief stint before his
solo career with Rice still there. PIckett was lead on another Falcons' hit "I Found A Love".
