About Us

Parents Anonymousâ of Oregon ~

“Help for all families to prevent child abuse and build parenting skills in a non-judgmental environment."

Parents Anonymousâ of Oregon is a statewide non-profit organization that is made up of people like yourself who have one common goal: they all want to raise their children to become happy, healthy adults.  We recognize that parenting is not easy. Parents are encouraged to ask for help early in an effort to break the cycle of abuse to protect today’s children and strengthen tomorrow’s generation of parents.

We offer a Parent Helpline, where callers receive emotional support, information about Parents Anonymousâ support groups and other community resources, and information on effective parenting skills.

If you are a parent in stress, you can call our Parent Helplinein the Portland Metro area call (503) 452-4789. Outside of the Metro area call 1-800-345-5044.

Parents Anonymousâ serves families through weekly parent-led support groups and our nurturing children's program which is offered while parents are meeting.  All groups are free and confidential.

Hope When Parenting Gets Tough.
