Founded in 1997 by Tom McCleary and
Michael Morrisette, REAS has grown
into one of Denver/Metro’s most respected residential appraisal firms.
REAS has a staff of 11 appraisers
with over 80 years combined appraisal experience. Our appraisal staff has been trained to perform appraisals at the highest
standards and also understand that customer service is the most important

When you order an appraisal
from REAS the following things will happen EVERY TIME:
1) Your customer will be
contacted within 24 hours to set up the inspection.
2) You will be contacted
prior to an inspection if any concerns arise from the appraisers initial
appraisal research.
3) Appraisals will be
delivered to your office prior to, or on the day you request it (you set
the due date and we will meet it).
