We are still seeking embroiderers!   We are asking any embroiderer who wishes to volunteer
to commit to completeing two shields, ideally within a month.  We realize that this deadline may be a stretch for many
embroiderers. Anyone who has completed one is welcome to take on others once the first set is completed.
We will not be hurt or offended if people are unable to make these deadlines, but would prefer that
the kits be returned if problems arise rather than having people hold onto them after they realize they're unable to
complete the work.  If you are still working on your kit, but the work is going slower than you anticipated,
please keep us updated.  Each of us has been there, so we understand how easy it is to commit to more
work that you can actually manage.  Just let us know so we aren't left with a major time crunch at the end.

When assigning group devices, we will honor requests to work on specific devices unless they have already been assigned.
Otherwise, we will assign devices as we have kits prepared.

We hope to have gatherings of those working on this project.  We will host a gathering at WW, and will most likely be
working on the project at any event we attend.  Please feel free to stop by and chat.
