The following photographs are of
a section of an exhibit created for the Southern Oregon Historical Society's
Jacksonville Children's Museum. This exhibit illustrates how
the residents of the Rogue River Valley in Southern Oregon made a living
in the early part of the 20th Century. The scale is 1/87th, or HO
model railroad scale. The diorama is over 70' long and includes an
interactive railroad, seven work-specific vignettes, over 750 trees of
various sorts, and more than 175 period figures.
