IV.        CURRENT LEVELS OF FUNCTIONING

 

                     A.                    Language:

On the receptive language portion of the Preschool Language Scale-3 Calvin scored a standard score of 80 or –1.33 standard deviations below the mean.  On the PPVT-R his standard score was 86. On the Expressive portion of the PLS-3 he scored a standard score of 90 or –0.67 standard deviations below the mean.  On the EOWPVT-R his standard score was 91.  All the tests scores are within valid range of one another.

 

Speech:

V.            SUMMARY

 

Calvin is a 4 year, 1 month old child, is not showing a significant delay in his speech/language, skill development.
