Teachers Park Avenue Residence is an 80-unit, market-rate rental apartment building owned and operated by a nonprofit organization, Teachers Homes, Inc. It operates under the management of the Ebenezer Society, which is part of Fairview Health Services. Our on-site team covers a full spectrum of expertise: administrative, resident activities, home health care, meal service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
