Return Policy

At Cool Stuff Shop, every product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after the initial inspection of your merchandise, return in unused condition in original carton within 5 days for exchange or refund. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must notify us upon receipt of merchandise for any problems and/or dissatisfaction of sale. Without such notification, it will be assumed that you have completely accepted the order as shipped. All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will be refused for exchange or refund. It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized.   Many products carry an extended one, three, five, ten year, or lifetime warranty. Check the product copy description for any extended warranty information.  Refunds and exchanges for extended warranty items are honored ONLY if item is returned within 5 days.  After that the extended warranty items will be REPLACED during the length of specific warranty.  Cool Stuff Shop can not be held responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product contained in the website.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States by UPS Ground .  Shipping costs for Cool Stuff Shop merchandise are free to customers.  We make every effort to ship all orders within 5 business days.  However, should there be situations where there are delays in delivery that are out of our control, Cool Stuff Shop can't be held responsible.  Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we can't be responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier.  Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty's above.

RETURNS: E-mail us at coolstuffshop.com requesting a return authorization number and reason for return.  Ship merchandise along with authorization number and your request for exchange or refund within 5 days to customer service address on shipping invoice.  If requesting a refund, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund check.
