My name
is Vanessa and last November my fiancé and I along with a few
friends
took a trip to Portland for my birthday. We live in Bend and had
no
idea
what we were going to do, but a lot of people we work with recommended
going
to Darcelle's. We went and we all had such an incredible time.
We
laughed,
danced, sang, drank.....you name it and it happened. And to this
day
one of the things we talk most about when we think of this trip is the
performance
at Darcelle's, and more specifically your rendition of Christina
Aguilera
in the Lady Marmalade performance. You were definitely one of the
highlights
of the night. We are planning a trip for my friend's birthday in
two
weeks and we will definitely be going back to Darcelle's. If I lived
in
Portland
I would be there at least once a week.
Anyway,
the real reason I'm writing is to ask how I would go about getting
tickets
for La Femme Magnifique International 2003. I would be very
interested
in attending. Can you please tell me a little more about it and
where
I might get a few tickets. Thank you for your time and please keep
sharing
your beauty and talent with us.
Sincerely,
Vanessa
L. Woodall

Kelley,
we came into see the show last weekend and have to say "you are the best
we
have seen at Darcelles in years". Just wondered how hard is it to
do what
you
make look effortless? where do you get your outfits?
Keep up the great work,
Justin
Justin,
after 22 years of doing female impersonation it looks easier than
it
really
is... It is 2 hours in front of the mirror doing make up and then with
foam
rubber to create hips and 7 pair of hose to hold them in place, I feel
like a 10 piece
Living
room group at Ethan Allens...As far as My clothes I do Make 95% of them
myself
as
well as buy some and then when I want it Perfect I have Jeff from Sew What
PDX
Help
with some.
Hope
that answers it for ya.
Thanks,
Kelley

As
I do every time you're in town, I loved your performance Sunday night at
Destiny's.
You
have such an amazing energy and personality that truly shines in all you
do.
I was
also very impressed with Monique Moore's performance and her beautiful
gowns.
I heard
that she has a web site where she sells them, and I was wondering if you
had the link.
I'm
hoping to see you perform again at Beau Brummell International in Portland
when
Athena and I come down.
As
always, warmest wishes and hugs,
Angella
Angella,
I believe that her web site is www.mizzmoniquemoore.com
she
also can be contacted at mizzmoore@yahoo.com
thanks
for coming to see us at the Tacoma Beau Brummell contest
I am
glad I have a few fans there. Am looking forward to seeing you again
here
in Portland.....Thanks Kelley
Hi Kelley
, I want to say you have done a great job this year
as
LaFemme Magnifique International ! We could not ask for anyone
better
this past year. My question for you is, What is the one piece of
advise
you would give to the person you crown on Aug. 31,2003 ?
Thanks,
Jeremy
Jeremy,
Wow great question ... Sorry I have not answered it right
away
, But I had to think about it... The one thing I would tell them
Is
that everything you do this year will be looked at by everyone and don't
take
some
of the comments you receive to heart... Because there are some people you
will
never please no matter how well you represent this title. Just keep on
track with
your
goals and do the best you can do... Then you will have done your job...
They
cant ask for more than that. Most importantly DON'T
LET THEM
GET YOU
DOWN. don't
ever doubt yourself. take pride in the job you do..
Thanks
Jeremy. Kelley Cheval

You
were spectacular as always but hey! Thanks for the autographed
photos
on the tables. Nice touch!
Alyce

I am glad you had a great time at the contest this year.
Thanks
for coming out to support us. I am also glad you like the
picture

i loved doing it for all of you.
Love,
Kelley
Cheval
Kelley,
I wanted
to write you, To tell you what an amazing job you
did
at La Femme this year. I was blown away by your professionalism.
your
wardrobe was great for the "Can't get a man with a gun" number you did
by
Reba McEntire . I know you stated you make most of your own outfits,
Did
you make that one as well?
Your
fan, Brian
Brian,
thanks for the compliments... Reba is one of my favorite people
to
perform as... Yes, I did make the costume for that number. I originally
was
not going to make it myself. But have Jeff at Sew what PDX make it instead.
But
then decided to do it myself. I am glad I did... I love the outfit...
I am
sure you will see the number again in the future...
Thanks
again,
Kelley
Hi Kelley,
I have
a question for you. I was wondering if you have
any
plans on doing anything with the Rose Court? I for one think you would
make
a great Empress!
Chris
Chris,
there are no plans in the future as of yet...
But
then again you never know what may happen down the
road...
I think I will wait to see how everything with the court
works
out, before I throw my hat into that ring...
Thanks,Kelley
Dear
Kelley,
Came
across your site and pics...always great to see another Reba
look-a-like.
Great Annie costume...did you make it???? I travela ton and
would
love to make it up to Portland one day. I lived and worked in
Vegas....Tasha
Lee was Miss Vegas when i was working at LaCage.
Keep
up the good work!
Forever
Alex
Alex,
thanks
for the compliment... Yes, I made the costume myself ... I also did
some
work at an evening at la cage in Toronto... but would you believe it
wasn't
as Reba, it was as Ann Margret and Liza... that was a thousand years ago
now...
Tasha
is a former La Femme , I never got to meet her.. but, hear she is amazing...
Glad
I am in such great company...
Thanks,
Kelley
