Since the Norwegians
(Gunnar and Feli Vik) joined us, we put them in charge of libations.
They have a tasty little concoction called a "fjellbekk" or mountain creek.
The recipe calls for aquavit, vodka, lime juice, and 7-Up over crushed
ice.
We ate in style on linen-covered tables accented by a
candelabra.
A merry time was had by all.
As the sun sank, we packed and headed upstream.
