Cadillac Groundwater Services was founded by Lucas Kingston following a 9-year international career as a hydrogeologist with a engineering consulting firm that services the mining industry. The Groundwater Monitoring Project was the company's first major project. The 2-year project was completed on time and within budget and serves as a model for an integrated approach to the sustainable management of groundwater resources.
