Board Retreat

Present: John C., Ben Ward, Monica Billingsley, Rick Sany, John McDuffee, Janelle Geddes, Adrian Dee.

• We partially allocated the Wilkinson Grant (savings, Worship Committee)
• We discussed becoming a Welcoming Congregation.
• We set goals for the year, including revamping the Committee structure, clarifying the DRE job description, and clarifying the Minister and Board responsibilities.
• We roughed out the calendar for fundraising activities for the year.
• We shared our dreams, skills, and did some team building.
