Board Meeting
September 10, 2001
Present: Niya Standish, John C., Kit Ketcham, Ben Ward, Monica Billingsley, Rick Sany, John McDuffee, Janelle Geddes, Adrian Dee.
- DRE and Minister presented their monthly reports. We had a lively discussion regarding leadership roles of Minister and Board and how we work together.
- Financial report still looking positive. We would like to see quarterly reports from committees that include all expenses (even donations) so that we can start gathering a better picture of what it really takes to run this congregation.
- Continuing discussion of committee regrouping.
- Discussion and brainstorming about summer services for next year.
Next Meeting: October 8, 7:00 p.m. at church office.
