Board Meeting

Minutes of the 01/29/02 Board Meeting were approved as amended: Congregational
Meeting is to be held May 19th rather than the date listed in the original minutes.

Minister's Report included information that the UUA might provide funding
for social action projects.

DRE's report included suggestion that we could benefit by recruiting a
paid youth advisor and that the Coming of Age program was modified at
the request of the youth participants.

Finance report.
-
March 10 service will be music, John M. will lay lead.

James B. intends to resign his long-held position as chair of the Membership
Committee.

Discussion of a Trinity's security requirements and the necessity of a Wy'east
security procedure.
